Coffee chia puddings

Chia puddings Easy Food
Makes 4
200ml strong coffee, cooled to room temperature
200ml milk
2 tbsp honey
8 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract

To serve:
Whipped cream
Dark chocolate, grated
  1. In a jug, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Divide between four glasses and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  3. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate, to serve.
