200ml strong coffee, cooled to room temperature
2 tbsp honey
8 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
Grated dark chocolate
- In a jug, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Divide between four glasses and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate, to serve.
