Christmas spice bag

Serves 2
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 green chilli, sliced
200g leftover roast potatoes
200g leftover turkey, shredded

For the seasoning:
1 tbsp chinese five spice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chilli flakes

To serve:
Red and green chillies, sliced
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
  2. Add the peppers and fry for 3-5 minutes or until softened.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Add the chilli flakes and spice bag seasoning. Toss together.
  5. Add the roast potatoes and turkey. Toss together and fry until everything is heated through.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced red and green chillies and serve immediately.
