For the seasoning:
To serve:
- Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
- Add the peppers and fry for 3-5 minutes or until softened.
- In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients.
- Add the chilli flakes and spice bag seasoning. Toss together.
- Add the roast potatoes and turkey. Toss together and fry until everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle with sliced red and green chillies and serve immediately.
