270g sugar-free dark chocolate
70g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
50g dried fruit
20g shredded or desiccated coconut
30g goji berries, chopped
- Line a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolates separately using a double boiler (or in the microwave, removing and stirring at 30 second intervals).
- Spread the dark chocolate then dot over the milk chocolate. Sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts, dried fruit, coconut and goji berries.
- Refrigerate for around one hour until set. Break into shards and enjoy.
