  1. Line a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark and milk chocolates separately using a double boiler (or in the microwave, removing and stirring at 30 second intervals). 
  3. Spread the dark chocolate then dot over the milk chocolate. Sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts, dried fruit, coconut and goji berries.
  4. Refrigerate for around one hour until set. Break into shards and enjoy.
