2 ripe avocados
40g cocoa powder
100g brown sugar
80ml coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Peel and chop the avocados, then add to a blender with the cocoa powder, brown sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Purée until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled, then serve with fresh berries.
