For the quick mousse
To assemble
- Heat 100ml cream in a pot over a medium heat. Add the chocolate and Nutella, and stir until combined. Allow to cool.
- While it’s cooling, whip the remaining cream and icing sugar until stiff.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
- To assemble, divide the mixture into eight glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of Nutella, crushed hazelnuts and a Ferrero Rocher.
