To assemble

  1. Heat 100ml cream in a pot over a medium heat. Add the chocolate and Nutella, and stir until combined. Allow to cool.
  2. While it’s cooling, whip the remaining cream and icing sugar until stiff.
  3. Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
  4. To assemble, divide the mixture into eight glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of Nutella, crushed hazelnuts and a Ferrero Rocher.
