For the base energy ball

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. If the mixture seems too wet, add some more oats. If it’s too dry, add a bit more nut butter. 
  2. Place the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls. Place in the fridge until you’re ready to pack for the beach!
