For the base energy ball
- Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. If the mixture seems too wet, add some more oats. If it’s too dry, add a bit more nut butter.
- Place the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the fridge and roll into balls. Place in the fridge until you’re ready to pack for the beach!
