- Butter each slice of bread. Put the slices, buttered- side down, on a chopping board.
- Evenly divide the cranberry sauce, meat, stuffing and Brie between two slices. Place the lids on top.
- Melt the rest of the butter in a pan over a medium heat and fry both sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Lower the heat and cook for a couple of minutes more until the cheese is fully melted and oozing. Serve immediately.
