100ml Irish cream liqueur
350ml Irish stout, chilled
- Place one scoop of each ice cream flavour into each of two tall sundae glasses.
- Drizzle over the Irish cream liqueur.
- Slowly pour in the stout, being aware that the mixture will foam.
- Serve to two lucky adults with long-handled spoons and straws.
