Our allergy-friendly take on ice-cream is free from dairy, gluten, eggs and nuts, with the added bonus of having no refined sugars!
3 frozen bananas, chopped
100g blueberries, frozen
- Place the bananas and blueberries in a food processor and leave to sit for three minutes.
- Purée at a high speed until a smooth consistency is reached. Eat as is, or freeze for at least two hours for a firmer texture.
