For the Biscoff cream
To assemble
- Add the cream, cinnamon and salt to your mixing bowl and whisk on a high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread gently, one spoon at a time, until combined.
- Add a spoonful of crushed Biscoff biscuits to each glass, spoon the Biscoff cream in next, and top with whipped cream, a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, a sprinkling of crushed Biscoff biscuits, and whole biscuits.
