Berry smoothie bowl

Serves 2

200g frozen mixed berries

2 bananas

50g natural yogurt

20ml orange juice

40g granola

2 tsp desiccated coconut

Fresh berries 

1 plum, sliced

1 mango, cubed

  1. In a blender, whizz together the frozen mixed berries, yoghurt, orange juice and one of the bananas. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Divide between two bowls.
  3. Slice the remaining banana and place on top along with the granola, coconut, fresh berries, plum and mango.
