  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan/gas mark 4.
  2. Melt 250g Dairy Manor Irish Creamery Butter in a large pan over a medium heat. Cook 2 chopped onions for 4-5 minutes until softened and but not coloured.
  3. Place 250g breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp dried sage and 8 tbsp chopped fresh parsley in a large bowl. Stir to combine and season with Kania salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the melted butter mixture over the breadcrumb mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
