Back-to-basics sage and onion stuffing

Sage and onion stuffing

Serves 8-10
Preheat the oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan/gas mark 4. Melt 250g Dairy Manor Irish Creamery Butter in a large pan over a medium heat. Cook 2 chopped onions for 4-5 minutes until softened and but not coloured. Place 250g breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp dried sage and 8 tbsp chopped fresh parsley in a large bowl. Stir to combine and season with Kania salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the melted butter mixture over the breadcrumb mixture and stir to combine. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
