Tick the ingredients you need to add your shopping list.
- Combine the avocado flesh, honey (or maple syrup) and cacao powder in a blender or food processor. Add a pinch of salt (if desired).
- Blend for 3-6 minutes, gradually adding the milk and scraping down the sides frequently. You may need to add more milk to thin the mixture, depending on the ripeness of your avocados.
- Once you have achieved a silky texture, transfer the mousse to individual serving ramekins. Garnish with berries and enjoy!
Note: maple syrup can be used as an alternative to raw honey, if you wish.
