- Grease a 20cm square cake tin and line the base and sides with baking parchment.
- Place chocolate, condensed milk, butter and rum in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the pistachios, cranberries and glacé cherries until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Cover and chill in the fridge for four hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
