- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4. Lightly oil a small baking dish and set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl until well-combined. Add the garlic, most of the cheeses, all the spinach, artichokes, and spring onions. Season with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and fold everything together to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle over the remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden. Can be eaten warm or cold with your favourite tortilla chips or crudités.
