To serve
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Grease and line a baking dish.
- In a bowl, add the softened butter and flour and rub together until the mix resembles breadcrumbs. Add the sugar, ground almonds and flaked almonds.
- Add the sliced pears to the baking dish.
- Cook for 20 minutes, until the crumble turns golden.
- Serve with ice cream or custard.
