- In a bowl, combine the grated apple, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and oats.
- Stir in the yoghurt and water. Cover and place in the fridge to chill for at least four hours or overnight.
- Serve topped with the chopped nuts and a drizzle of honey.
