  1. Unwrap the Starburst sweets and cut each piece into four triangles. Smooth the edges with your fingers. Cut the Rolos in half, and break the pretzel sticks.
  2. Melt the white chocolate pieces in a glass bowl in the microwave for about two minutes, stirring every 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate into a rectangle on a piece of parchment paper. Quickly add the other ingredients to the top of the chocolate. You have to work fast before the chocolate firms up! Let the chocolate harden, then cut or break into pieces.
