1    Mix the ketchup, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and brown sugar. Place half into a bowl and add the salmon. Turn to coat.

2    Heat a grill pan to a medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Cook the salmon for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

3    Place the spinach into a large bowl. Flake the salmon into chunks and add to the spinach, along with the carrot, cucumber and coriander. Gently toss with the remaining dressing and serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over.
