Raw brownie bites

Ingredients:

  • 140g walnuts
  • Pinch of salt
  • 180g dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120g unsweetened cocoa powder

Methods:

  1. Place the walnuts and salt in a food processor and whizz until finely ground.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whizz until combined. With the motor still running, add a few drops of water at a time until the mixture comes together.
  3. Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a bowl. Roll into small round balls, using your hands. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
