- 140g walnuts
- Pinch of salt
- 180g dates, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120g unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place the walnuts and salt in a food processor and whizz until finely ground.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whizz until combined. With the motor still running, add a few drops of water at a time until the mixture comes together.
- Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a bowl. Roll into small round balls, using your hands. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
