1 medium banana
130g wholemeal flour
100g oats
120g dried parsley
45g crunchy peanut butter (with no added sugar or salt)
1 egg

- Preheat the oven to 150˚C/130˚C fan/gas mark 2 and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Mash the banana in a large bowl.
- Add the wholemeal flour, oats, dried parsley and crunchy peanut butter, followed by the egg. Mix well to combine and allow to sit for five minutes.
- Roll the mixture out to about 1cm thick and cut into shapes with biscuit cutters. Place on the prepared trays and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container and treat your good boy or girl to a homemade biscuit once a day.
