1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some of the cooking liquid. 2. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1-2 minutes. 3. Stir in the courgette and lemon zest. Season generously, then use tongs to toss everything together. Stir in the lemon juice and season. 4. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and some extra lemon zest and chilli flakes.
