Shannon started baking when she was three… She joined the Easy Food team as an intern and soon made it clear that her passion and talents for baking, food styling, picking great tunes and writing baking-related banter were one in a million. Read on here.

Pauline has been part of the Easy Food team since 2015, working as a Food Stylist and recipe tester and occasionally writing recipes.
