    Cauliflower has risen through the ranks of popularity recently — and we’re not mad about it! What was once thought of as a pretty mediocre vegetable, reserved for the Sunday lunch and accompanied by a cheesy sauce, has now become a celebrity in the foodie world.

    Cauliflower is currently being associated with faux comfort foods, like wings, pizza or rice, as a healthier alternative. It’s been reborn as a diverse vegetable that can be used in so many ways.

    Hence, we thought we’d jump on the bandwagon and share some of our own most loved cauliflower themed recipes! Whether you’re trying to cut carbs or cooking for your vegetarian pals, these simple recipes will have everyone fooled.
