Copia Green, Limerick’s award-winning sustainable café and restaurant, is celebrating its first birthday! To mark the occasion, they’re launching their very first dinner menu and giving one lucky person the chance to win dinner for two.
Copia Green’s menus focus on seasonal ingredients and always champion Irish food producers. They prioritise sustainability, ethical sourcing practices and actively implement a zero-waste program.
The new dinner menu features small plates like fresh crab on toast with herby yoghurt and pickled cucumber and Vietnamese rice paper rolls with roast purple sprouting broccoli, asparagus and pickled pink onion. Large plates include soft polenta with asparagus and Cáis Na Tíre cheese and lamb loin with Velvet Cloud sheep’s milk yoghurt, baby roast beetroot, blackberry sauce and dukkah.
