The Grayson on Dublin’s St Stephen’s Green is an idyllic space to lavish in festive luxury this Christmas. The ivy-covered Georgian building houses a bar, restaurant and atrium bar, offering perfect venues whether you’re looking for a casual lunch, intimate dinner or bustling night out with high ceilings, parquet wooden floors, fireplaces, and elegant small bars shaping the interiors.
The Ground Floor bar is a cosy spot for casual lunch from 12-3pm Monday to Friday, or drinks and bar snacks seven days a week. Take a seat in the Atrium and feel like you’re dining al fresco, without being exposed to the elements. Bright and warm during the day, romantic and cosy with the stars as your ceiling at night.
From 10pm till late on Thursdays to Saturdays, music and drinks are the order of the evening on the ground floor, with DJs playing tunes you know and love. The two floors above offer dinner from 5pm and long lunches every weekend from 12-4pm. Head chef Jacson Reboli has created a seasonal menu that fits the bill whether you’re looking for casual and hearty fare, lighter dishes, bar snacks or impressive sweet treats. Weekends at the Grayson are all about long leisurely lunches, from the weekly roast with all the trimmings, the seafood platter or the sweet raspberry Eton mess to round out your meal.
