The Grayson on Dublin’s St Stephen’s Green is an idyllic space to lavish in festive luxury this Christmas. The Ground Floor bar is a cosy spot for casual lunch from 12-3pm Monday to Friday, or drinks and bar snacks seven days a week. Take a seat in the Atrium and feel like you’re dining al fresco, without being exposed to the elements. Bright and warm during the day, romantic and cosy with the stars as your ceiling at night.
From 10pm till late on Thursdays to Saturdays, music and drinks are the order of the evening on the ground floor, with DJs playing tunes you know and love. The two floors above offer dinner from 5pm and long lunches every weekend from 12-4pm. Head chef Jacson Reboli has created a seasonal menu that fits the bill whether you’re looking for casual and hearty fare, lighter dishes, bar snacks or impressive sweet treats.
