A Galway-based company has thought of a way to still get their proudly Irish products to their valuable customers in this time where it might be difficult to get out of the house.

White Gables in Moycullen has been in business for almost 30 years and has never been afraid to adapt their business in times of struggle. That’s why Cocooning hampers were created. Items handpicked from the store and selected with the over 70s in mind can bring a little joy as they spend time away from their loved ones.

“We wanted to reach out to our customers who cannot visit us and this is a perfect way to do so,” says Anne Dunne, who runs White Gables with her husband Kevin.

“As our food shop and bakery continues to stay open it enables us to keep working away while the restaurant is closed. We are delighted to be here for our community who have always been there for us for the past 29 years. We feel it brings a bit of normality into people’s lives in this uncertain time.”

The hampers cost from just €50 each and can be purchase here or by calling 091-555-744.
