Spring is in the air meaning we can all look forward to more vibrant and delicious food – perfect for those brighter days.
That’s exactly what The Ivy Dawson Street is doing by adding a range of fresh and seasonal dishes to its already extensive a la carte menu.
The new dishes include a range of locally produced, seasonal ingredients that are sure to leave you wanting more.
The new dishes include John Stone Bistro Minute Steak, cut from one of Ireland’s leading meat suppliers, John Stone, which is grilled thinly and served with pink peppercorn, crispy shallots, thick cut chips and watercress; Roasted Rump of Blackface Lamb, with butter beans, red peppers, sundried tomatoes, fried artichoke and pesto with red wine sauce; Roast Corn-Fed Chicken Breast with truflle mashed potato, asparagus spears, morels and red wine sauce.
For the fish lovers, the Roast Fillet of Salmon, served with grilled asparagus, crushed pink peppercorn hollandaise and lemon, or the Crab and Apple salad, which includes refreshing cucumber, watermelon, radish, edamame and coriander, will be a lovely treat.

Also look out for the vegan Quinoa and Watermelon Salad, with roast sweet potato, rocket, baby gem, radish, feuilles de brick crisp, mixed seeds and sesame, with a mint and coriander sauce.
The Vanilla Cheescake with mango, passion fruit and tropical sorbet won’t disappoint your sweet tooth and will help you ditch the winter darkness.
