There is a very good news for all the vegans out there! The Greystones’ brothers and co-founders of the well-known The Happy Pear have teamed up with the five-star Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort, to add a number of vegan dishes to the menus of the Garden Rooms and Bar of the Wicklow’s resort.
There are five new vegan dishes added to the main menu and are spread across starters, main courses and desserts. The dishes include cauliflower wings, the renowned Buddha bowl, grilled jackfruit vegan “pulled pork” sandwich, vegan pizza and vegan black forest cheesecake.
