Take a break from the festive shopping at the Isabelle’s Restaurant & Bar – The new dining destination in the heart of Dublin that offers the perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of Christmas fuss.
The contemporary design of the restaurant welcomes the guests that can peer through the pass to watch the team of chefs at work.
The Head of the team at Isabelle’s is Joanna Duda-McKenna, formerly general manager of Roly’s Bistro, Sophie’s Restaurant and Angelina’s. Whether you are coming in for a business meeting or celebrating with friends, the Isabelle’s can be an ideal lunch or dining stop in.
The head chef of the just opened Isabelles’s is Barra Hurley – she has been working in the food industry for 20 years, beginning his career as a commis chef in Dublin-based restaurants of L’Ecrivain and Chapter One.
The menu boasts robust winter vegetables and slow cooked meats including the glazed beef short rib or plenty of braising meals.
Seafood is focused on dishes such as the Baked Co, Lemon Crisp and Pan Fried Stone Bass or Lardo. You’ll find also pizza, cooked in a woodfired oven and with a little bit different topping. You will be choosing from bolognese pizza with a homemade ragu’ and a garlic crust or the black fig & Gorgonzola pizza.
The lunch menu offers a selection of more casual mains and pizzas, such as the blackened shrimp po’boy or the cajun spiced pepper salad
To complete the menu, decadent desserts will tempt you with the selection a sweet treats such as broken fudge cake & warm salted caramel sauce or black forest ‘Alaska’ chocolate sponge.
Isabelle’s bar manager Ronan Barrett has created a cocktail menu which features eight classic cocktails. For example: the Isabelle’s whiskey sour or a selection of spritzers, to appeal to a variety of tastes but also a Christmas touch.
