The Irish food festival scene is buzzing with activity these days — and we’re really excited about it!

With new food festivals popping up all over the country and catering to different taste buds, it really is the perfect time to be an Irish ‘foodie’. Adding to an already stellar line-up, Guinness are introducing their very own take on the food festival — GUINNESS 232°C.

Fun Fact: The name Guinness 232°C was born from the exact temperature Guinness roasts its barley.

The festival will transform local pubs into three-day festivals devoted to beer, food and music this September and October. They’re bringing together some of the best Irish chefs to command the grills in pubs across Dublin, with just one rule – to cook over live fire! The series of three-day beer and food experiences will take up residency in Bonobo, Jam Park and The Bernard Shaw throughout September and October.

Guinness 232°C will see Bia Rebel, Grálinn and La Cocina Cuevas break free of their restaurants and challenged to create a one-off menu featuring the very best Irish beef, chicken, and pork forged in fire. Seasonal ingredients will take centre stage with dishes using the very best quality produce sourced from local Dublin farms.

We’re also looking forward to seeing what musical acts take the stage. Reggae duo Mercy & Pablo Santos, Woweembeem and Dublin’s own Sally Cinnamon are just part of the eclectic line-up of live music and entertainment which Guinness 232°C has in store for us.

Tickets are on sale now via evenbrite.ie and priced at €10.00, which includes a complimentary pint of Guinness or Pure Brew non-alcoholic lager and two signature dishes.

The festival lineup is as follows:

    • 19 – 21 September: Grálinn headlines at Bonobo
    • 27 – 29 September: Bia Rebel headlines at Jam Park
    • 3 – 5 October: La Cocina Cuevas headlines at The Bernard Shaw

Where there’s smoke there’s fire…keep an eye out for further Guinness 232°C locations nationwide.
