With the lockdown measures being slowly relaxed from next week, more pubs and restaurants are re-opening their doors again. One of them being the Ivy Dawson Street in the heart of Dublin city.
“I myself and all of the staff are extremely excited to be opening once again on Saturday, 4th of July,” Says Jamie Belton, General Manager of The Ivy Dawson Street. “We can’t wait to welcome back our regular guests and members of the community who we have greatly missed over the last few months.
“The team are also looking forward to being united again on the restaurant floor andin the kitchen, whilst maintaining a safe distance at all times.”
The highest standards of health and safety are implemented, ensuring both guests and employees will be dining and working in confidence and in a safe environment. Measures will include thermal cameras for temperature checks, the use of tracking software for all employees logging daily temperature readings over a seven day rolling period, and professional deep cleaning and disinfecting on a daily basis.
Apart from these safety measures, diners can also look forward to delicious seasonal dishes that will incorporate a host of locally-sourced, fresh ingredients including Organic Galway Bay smoked salmon, beef from Ireland’s leading meat supplier, John Stone, and crispy duck from Monaghan’s Silverhill Farm.
