Are you in the mood for something a bit more healthy before we all really start indulging in all the yummy Christmas food and treats?

Check out this exclusive – invite only event in Rathmines, Dublin on 14th December to enjoy a lovely evening at The Hopsack.

The Hopsack is one of Ireland’s longest and best established health stores. It was established in 1979 by Jimmy and Erica Murray and has evolved to become one of Dublin’s best sources for organic, fairly traded, ethnic and special dietary foods.

Spend an evening where the shop will commemorate forty years trading as a health store and acting as a strong pillar of health support in the community.

You’ll be able to rub shoulders with some of The Hopsack’s top customers, artisan suppliers and staff.

While snacking on a lovely selection of raw, gluten-free, refined sugar-free goodies and delicious kombuchas and kefirs served up by My Goodness catering, the nutritional cook Susan Jane White will be the special guest for the evening. She will be demonstrating a dessert from her latest cook book Clever Batch – just in case you still have second thoughts on that Christmas dessert you want to serve in less than two weeks.

What’s more, is that Finn Murray (a second generation of Murrays who run the shop now) and Lydia Sasse will be doing a podcast episode for Wandering Into Wellness with Susan – and you can be part of all of this!
