From the team that founded Ebb & Flow in Clontarf and Full Circle Coffee Roasters comes a new Dublin city centre brunch spot, also named Ebb & Flow. Located on Camden Street, Ebb & Flow will offer Dubliners unforgettable brunch experiences with locally sourced and sustainable ingredients central to everything that they do.
Opening mid-October with a beautiful Nordic interior complete with 13ft ceilings, Wegner inspired seating, and bespoke furniture commissioned by Conleth and Niall McKernan in Benmore Studies, Ebb & Flow is driven by a passion to create dishes that use the best of seasonal produce served alongside their own freshly roasted Full Circle coffee. Espresso-based drinks will be made with a selection of Full Circle coffee, rotating with seasonal harvests.
The new eatery also boasts a dedicated in-house baker who produces everything from scratch each day and has created a decadent coffee and cake pairing in celebration of the vibrancy of flavours that both offer.
The menu they have created seeks to excite brunch enthusiasts across Dublin and beyond with stand-out dishes including the Indulgent porridge, delicious Fluffy soufflé pancakes, served with seasonal berries and maple syrup, and colourful Buddha Bowls bursting with flavour. A hero dish will undoubtedly be The Forager. Think sautéed wild mushrooms, truffle oil, poached eggs on a bed of spinach, and sourdough toast. Finally, a special mention needs to go to the Pork Bao served with tender BBQ Korean short ribs, kimchi, crispy onion, and a fried egg on a bao bun. Whatever your taste, you’re promised a truly unforgettable food experience at Ebb & Flow.
Ebb & Flow will be shaking up the weekend too with the inclusion of classy cocktails at brunch, just in time for festive celebrations!
Speaking about the launch, co-founders and married couple David and Louise Smyth said, “Ebb & Flow has always valued quality and sustainability above all else, and we’re so excited to be bringing that ethos to Dublin’s city centre. We were committed to creating an oasis and that’s exactly what we’ve achieved with this beautiful Nordic interiors carefully crafted by David’s brother, Patrick, a bespoke Cabinet Maker whose attention to detail comes through in each and every corner of the fitout. We’re so passionate about our offerings and really look forward to becoming a brunch staple in Dublin using the best of locally sourced ingredients as well as our very own Full Circle coffee.’
