Stack A Restaurant at Urban Brewing in Dublin Docklands is celebrating St Patrick’s Day with a brand new menu: the food and beer pairing tasting menu.
Head chef Dan Keane has created a menu celebrating seasonal Irish ingredients, and each course has been paired with beer which has been brewed in-house
The four course tasting menu will begin with stout and Irish beef consommé with homemade brown bread. The menu will also feature smoked bone matter butter paired with a hallertau blanc kölsch and cured fillet of sea trout with a trio of beetroot. Then it will follow a duo of Irish Beef, smoked potato, forest mushrooms and spinach. The meal will end with an indulgent dark chocolate delice with fig, orange, star anise and Valrhona Chocolate Gelato.
The cost of the four course St Patrick’s Day Tasting Menu is €44 per person, with an additional cost of €15 for beer pairings. The St Patrick’s Day Tasting Menu is available in Stack A Restaurant at Urban Brewing from 5:00pm on the 16th and 17th of March. To find out more, visit www.urbanbrewing.ie.
