320 g penne, farfalle, conchiglie or other short pasta
2 270g tins of tuna in oil, flaked
120 g Cheddar, grated
1 Heat the tomato sauce in a pan over a medium-high heat.
2 While the sauce is simmering, preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Cook the pasta for two minutes less than the directed time on the packet, then drain. Add the tuna to the tomato sauce and stir together.
3 Transfer into an ovenproof dish and top with grated Cheddar. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until the cheese on top has turned golden brown.
