750 g turkey mince
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
80 ml sweet chilli sauce
0 Juice of 3 limes
1 red onion, halved and finely sliced
1 handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
4 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
0 Boiled or steamed rice
0 Lime wedges
1 Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
2 Add the mince, garlic and chilli and cook, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes or until mince is browned and cooked through. Transfer to a large bowl.
3 Add the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, onion, coriander and lettuce to the mince and toss to combine. Serve with rice and lime wedges.
