Ingredients
3 tbsp vegetable oil
400 g sirloin steak, sliced
Black pepper
1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
200 g green beans or magnetite, chopped or beans removed from pods
5 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3 garlic cloves, crushed
80 ml teriyaki sauce
300 g straight-to-wok noodles
Method

1    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the steak, season with black pepper and cook for two minutes until browned. 

2    Add the spring onions, beans, ginger and garlic. Cook for two minutes more until just soft. 

3    Stir in the teriyaki sauce and cook for 30 seconds until coated. 

4    Add the noodles and toss until they are hot and coated in the sauce.
