Ingredients
4 x salmon fillets
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Brown rice
Method
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour over the marinade. 
  2. Heat a grillpan over a medium-high heat and cook the fillets for five minutes. When you can easily flip the salmon, turn it over and cook for another four minutes, basting occasionally.
  3. Pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for a 3-5 minutes until thick. Pour over the salmon and cooked rice to serve.
