200 g strawberries, destemmed and halved
60 g Feta, sliced
0 Salt and black pepper
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 Bring a saucepan with a bit of salted water to the boil and steam the asparagus for a few minutes until just tender. Leave to cool, then chop into large chunks.
2 Gently toss the strawberries, Feta and asparagus in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar, oil and sesame seeds to serve.
