Ingredients
4 cod fillets
190 g red pesto
1 sachet of Knorr Bread Sauce
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan/gas mark 4.
  2. Make the Knorr Bread Sauce as per packet instructions.
  3. Mix together the red pesto and breadcrumbs.
  4. Cut four pieces of tinfoil leaving enough foil to wrap around each cod fillet.
  5. Place a cod fillet on top of each piece of foil and pour some of the Knorr Bread Sauce on top of each cod fillet and top with the red pesto breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Close the kitchen foil to make parcels and place on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
