Ingredients
Leftover lamb and sauce, from Saturday
150 g frozen peas, blanched in boiling water for one minute
900 g mashed potato
Method

1            Place the leftover lamb into a large casserole dish and scatter over the peas. Top with mashed potato and use the tines of a fork to make ridges in the top.

2            Dot the top of the pie with butter and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden.
