Method

Divide 120ml of whisky and 50g of brown sugar between four heatproof glasses.

Pour 850ml of hot coffee into the glasses to come about 4cm from the rim of each glass. Carefully pour 180ml of cream over the back of a spoon to float on top of the coffee. Serve hot
