1 tsp honey
1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
4 salmon fillets, skinned and cut into bitesized pieces

1 Preheat the oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 6 and whisk together the soy sauce, honey and Chinese five-spice powder. Add the salmon fillets to a small baking dish and pour over the mixture.
2 Bake, covered, for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through, removing the lid for the last five minutes of cooking. Serve hot with cooked rice noodles.
