1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dried mint
- Crush the fennel seeds in a mortar and pestle (or with the back of a tablespoon) to release the volatile oil and licorice flavour.
- Place all the ingredients either directly in a mug or in a tea infuser, then cover with boiling water and allow to steep for at least five minutes. Enjoy after each meal to aid digestion and calm the nerves.
