1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
0.5 tsp salt
4 chicken fillets
250 ml cream
30 g butter
1 Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and rub over both sides of the chicken fillets.
2 Melt half of the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
3 Stir in the cream and the remaining butter
4 Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and the chicken is
cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
