Pour 20ml Tia Maria into a glass, then fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Add 25ml vodka, 25ml Cointreau, 24ml lemon juice and 20ml lime cordial into a cocktail shaker. Alternatively, you can add these ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and pulse it for a few seconds. Pour into the glass and decorate with lemon zest or peel.
