3 tbsp hoisin sauce
0 Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g turkey mince
2 garlic cloves, chopped
50 g green beans, halved
1 carrot, peeled and cut into strips
6 spring onions, sliced diagonally
1 Place a large saucepan of water over a high heat and bring to the boil. Add the noodles and cook as per the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
2 In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, lime juice and chilli sauce.
3 Heat the oil in a wok (or large, non-stick frying pan) over a medium-high heat. Add the turkey mince and cook for 4-5 minutes until nicely browned.
4 Add the garlic, green beans, carrot and spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5 Stir in the hoisin mixture and cook for a few minutes more until sticky.
6 Return the noodles to the pan and stir to heat through. Serve immediately.
